1. Scope of Application

This legal disclaimer applies to all users of the Knuckle Performance website and online store worldwide, including but not limited to:

  • Finland

  • Other European Union countries

  • Australia

  • United States

  • Other countries

By using the website or purchasing products, the customer agrees to this disclaimer.

2. No Warranty

All products and website content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

The Company provides no:

  • Express warranty

  • Implied warranty

  • Warranty of merchantability

  • Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

  • Warranty of non-infringement

to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Vehicle and Performance Risks

Tuning parts and performance-modifying components may:

  • Increase mechanical stress

  • Cause engine or drivetrain damage

  • Affect vehicle durability

  • Alter emissions levels

  • Affect insurance coverage

The customer acknowledges that use of the products is entirely at their own risk.

The Company is not liable for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Engine failure

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Indirect or consequential damages

4. Road Use and Regulatory Compliance

Products may not be approved for:

  • Road use

  • Emissions compliance

  • ADR, DOT, EPA, or EU type approval standards

The customer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of the product in their own country or state.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Fines or penalties

  • Registration rejections

  • Vehicle usage bans

  • Government or authority decisions

5. USA – Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law:

The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability exclusions, so the above limitations may not apply to all customers.

6. Australia – Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Repair of the product

  • Refund of the purchase price paid

7. Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product in question.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law:

  • The agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

  • Disputes shall be resolved in the court of the Company’s domicile.

The Company reserves the right to require dispute resolution through arbitration.
