Shipping policy

DELIVERY POLICY


1. Application

This delivery policy applies to all orders placed in the Knuckle Performance online store.

By placing an order, the customer accepts this delivery policy.


2. Delivery Area

We deliver products to:

  • Finland

  • The European Union

  • Outside the EU by separate agreement

Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product type:

Stock products:
Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.

Order products and custom-made products:
Delivery time is stated separately in connection with the product or in the order confirmation. The delivery time is an estimate.

Delivery times are not binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • The manufacturer or importer

  • The transport company

  • Customs processing

  • Force majeure


4. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered using the selected shipping service.

The Company reserves the right to change the shipping provider to an equivalent service without separate notice.

Delivery is deemed completed when:

  • The product has been handed over to the transport company, or

  • The product is available for pickup at the agreed pickup point


5. Transport Responsibility and Transfer of Risk

Responsibility for the product and risk of damage transfer to the customer when:

  • The product has been handed over to the transport company, or

  • The customer or their representative has received the product

The customer must inspect the shipment upon receipt.

If the packaging is damaged:

  • The damage must be noted on the consignment note

  • The matter must be reported immediately

  • A complaint must be made within 7 days


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • The weight and size of the order

  • The delivery address

  • The selected shipping method

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


7. Unclaimed Shipments

An unclaimed package is not considered a cancellation of the order.

If a shipment is returned to the Company as unclaimed:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs

  • The Company reserves the right to charge the incurred costs


8. Retention of Title

Ownership of the product remains with the Company until the full purchase price has been paid.


9. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as:

  • Strike

  • War

  • Government decision

  • Natural disaster

  • Production interruption
