Refund policy

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY


1. Application

These terms apply to all orders placed in the Knuckle Performance online store.

The online store sells:

  • Vehicle tuning parts

  • Custom-made products

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in full.


2. No Right of Return or Cancellation

Products sold in the online store are not subject to any right of return or cancellation.

This applies to all products sold, including but not limited to:

  • Tuning parts

  • Vehicle-specific parts

  • Special parts

  • Custom-made products

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.


3. Custom-Made Products

All products that:

  • Are manufactured based on the customer’s order

  • Are specially ordered from an importer or manufacturer

  • Are customized according to the vehicle or information provided by the customer

are binding orders.

Once production or the ordering process has started, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.


4. Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for:

  • Verifying product compatibility

  • Ensuring the accuracy of vehicle technical specifications

  • Confirming suitability for the intended purpose

  • Verifying legality for road use

Products ordered incorrectly do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.


5. Installation and Use

Products are intended for professional installation.

Any of the following:

  • Installation

  • Attempted installation

  • Commissioning/use

  • Opening of the packaging

removes any possible right of return in all situations.


6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

Despite the absence of a general right of return, the customer has the right to file a complaint regarding a product that:

  • Has a clear manufacturing defect

  • Has been damaged during transport

  • Has been delivered incorrectly

The complaint must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.

In an approved defect case, the Company will:

  • Repair the product

  • Deliver a new equivalent product

  • Or refund the payment

The Company determines the primary remedy method.


7. Limitation of Liability

Tuning parts may:

  • Modify vehicle characteristics

  • Affect the vehicle’s warranty

  • Affect insurance coverage

  • Affect the vehicle’s road legality

The customer is responsible for ensuring the lawful use of the product.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
